Within the concept of Building Tomorrow ("A system the future") Volvo Construction Equipment shows the approach to success of customers aimed at development, being guided by services, support of dealers and new technologies.
Emergence of megaprojects, similar to Greater Paris, leads to the fact that customers are interested not just cars today, and complex decisions helping to work with bigger efficiency and profitability at smaller environmental pollution. At the Intermat Paris 2018 exhibition the Volvo Construction Equipment company (Volvo CE) plans to show such decisions, having emphasized the advantage as producer and service provider.
On the general with Volvo Trucks, Volvo Penta and Volvo Financial Services subsidiaries of the exhibition area of 4800 sq.m the set of high-performance and flexible machines will be presented, many of which are leaders of branch in fuel profitability.
Among the presented machines there will be the wheel excavator with a small radius of the turn EWR170E, a wheel EW220E excavator, the caterpillar excavator with a small radius of the turn ECR355E, a soil skating rink of SD160B and P6820D and P7820D ABG asphalt spreaders with a new central control system of EPM3.
Visitors of the open and covered areas of an exhibition will be able to learn how it is the most effective to use these cars by means of the Volvo Co-Pilot system and a totality of the Volvo Assist functions – Load Assist, Compact Assist, Dig Assist and Haul Assist. The onboard display of high resolution provides to the operator access to all data of real time necessary for the most exact and effective implementation of works. In a special zone of demolition on the open area visitors will also be able to see in operation the new Volvo EW240E excavator manipulator.
